Rex Ryan, the former New York Jets head coach, has expressed his desire to return as head coach of the Jets.He recently expressed his desire on ESPN, saying, “This team has a lot of talent to play with, but we couldn’t perform,he said.
Ryan outlining his plan to make the Jets a success again.He said, “If I am given the responsibility as the head of this team, we will be able to face the adversities and taste success.During Ryan’s previous tenure, the Jets won back-to-back AFC Championship games in 2009 and 2010. However, later during his tenure, the team’s performance deteriorated and he was sacked in 2014.Because of the talent in the current team of the Jets, the team can be made successful again under the right leadership.
“We will smash the odds, and you will see how hard this team will work,” he said.
“There is no doubt that Ryan’s confidence and passion make him a strong claim for re-appointment.However, he has not spoken to Jets owner Woody Jones, but has said he is ready for the opportunity.
Ryan’s emotional attachment and love for Jet is remarkable.However, the Jets need stability and it is absolutely necessary to take the right steps for their bright future.
If Ryan is reappointed, there is no doubt that it will refresh old memories, but whether it is a strategic move or not has to be considered.However, due to the current status of the Jets and Ryan’s past, there are doubts that this decision will be challenging.
If the Jets don’t select the right option, they could run into the same old problems again. . Ryan’s return could give the Jets a new direction, but it will require the right planning and execution.
